CM Patel Inaugurates Developmental Projects In Morbi

Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel inaugurated the Rs3 crore tourist facility and Rs2.48 crore healthcare unit at the Matrushri Rambaima Temple in Vavaniya, Morbi. The temple is run by Ahir community. CM Patel also inaugurated Satsang Hall, a restaurant, which has been constructed at a cost of about Rs3 crore by Gujarat Tourism Corporation at Matrushri Rambaima. He also presented five developmental works worth Rs2.48 crore to the citizens for the health and well-being of the people in the area.

CM Patel also inaugurated Vavaniya PHC, a 20 bed covid ward, built at a cost of Rs80 lakh. He further gave an E-dedication for the PSA plant constructed at a cost of Rs38.50 lakhs and 50 bed covid ward constructed at a cost of Rs56 lakhs.

Bhupendra Patel also gratefully noted that Matrushri Rambaima has always guided the society by selflessly engaging in social work with the help and support of service work. Addressing all the present Ahir families, he also added that the state government has announced Mukhyamantri Gaumata Poshan Yojana with a provision of Rs500 crore this year.

Furthermore, CM Patel elaborated that the state government pays a monthly maintenance cost of Rs900 per cow for cow based farming and also has set up a Natural Farming Board to promote natural farming. Minister of State for Labor, Employment and Panchayat Brijesh Merja lauded the services rendered by the Matrushri Rambaima.

He said in his occasional address that the state government has also made plans for the holistic development of Morbi-Maliya area with continuous vigour. This year, a budget provision has also been made to benefit 1500 hectares of land from the scheme for irrigation at a cost of Rs38 crore. The Chief Minister also visited Shrimad Rajchandra Janma Bhuvan, the birth place of Shrimad Rajchandraji, the spiritual guru of the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, in Vavaniya and was grateful to know about the life and work of Shrimad Rajchandraji.
