The state government has organized a Vande Gujarat Vikas Yatra between July 1 and 15 to disseminate information about developmental projects undertaken in Gujarat during the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) rule over the last two decades, according to government spokesperson and senior minister Jitu Vaghani.
According to Vaghani, the yatra will include 80 chariots and will take place in several zones around the state under the guidance of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, other ministers, members of Parliament, and members of the Legislative Assembly of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
These chariots are expected to visit 10 villages per day, conveying information on the government’s many developmental projects during the last two decades, as well as distributing benefits from various government schemes to the beneficiaries.
