Adani Enterprises Limited has officially dismissed reports claiming that the company is planning to enter the airline business. The company said that recent media reports and market speculation about launching an airline are completely false and without any factual basis.
In a media statement issued on Friday, Adani Enterprises clarified that it is not considering or evaluating any proposal to start an airline. The company urged people not to rely on rumours or unverified reports circulating in the media and the market.
A spokesperson for Adani Enterprises said, “We would like to categorically deny the recent media reports and market speculation suggesting that Adani Enterprises is planning to launch an airline. These reports are entirely baseless and factually incorrect. Adani Enterprises is not evaluating any proposal to enter the airline business.”
The clarification comes after reports suggested that the Adani Group was exploring opportunities to launch an airline in India. However, the company has now put an end to the speculation by clearly stating that there are no such plans under consideration.
With this clarification, Adani Enterprises has firmly denied all speculation regarding the launch of an airline and reiterated that it is not evaluating any such proposal.
