The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Ahmedabad and the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) are soon to sign an agreement to develop a new application to bridge the connection between the home developers and home buyers in the city.
The apex body of the private real estate developers and the civic body of the city are in discussion to develop a techno savvy way to provide details with documents of the real estate projects to the potential home buyers.
According to the CREDAI, this big technological advance will help to increase transparency for home buyers and will also benefit the developers.
Distinct to the RERA features, the new application will be structured with various features which will help the plan to be passed speedily and increase the transparency in the process. However, some of the features included in the application might be chargeable but it will the buyers to take wise decisions, informed the city CREDAI president.
