Air Marshal Vikram Singh, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, South Western Air Command paid a visit to the frontline Air Base at Bhuj on February 13 and 14,2022. The Air Marshal was received at the Airbase by Air Commodore Maluk Singh, Air Officer Commanding, Air Force Station Bhuj.
The Air Marshal was presented with a ceremonial Guard of Honour by the air warriors of the Station on his arrival at the Air Force Station Bhuj.
He also visited various installations at the Bhuj base and reviewed the operational readiness of the Station to cater to any contingency in this sector. On his visit, the Air Marshal made sure to interact with air warriors and other defence security personnel of the Station during his visit. He appreciated the focused approach of the Station in maintaining proficiency and emphasized the need for personnel to perform their duty with diligence so as to enhance operational readiness while ensuring aerospace safety.
