An extremely insightful talk on Street Smart Marketing was organised by the Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) on November 26, 8:30 pm.
The talk was delivered by Sanjay Chakraborty – chief marketing communication advisor at ESSKSEE Consultancy, to SME’s (Small & Medium Enterprises) with Unmesh Dixit – chairperson of AMA public relations committee as the host.
During this event, Chakraborty gave an extremely smart breakdown of marketing strategies along with business examples. He made sure to deliver the talk in a simplistic manner so that even a layman could comprehend all the concepts completely. He explained a few terms related to marketing and business – AIDA ( attention, interest, desire, action), four Ps of marketing ( Product, Price, Place, Promotion), the importance of communication and many more.
One of the most interesting things about the talk was also how he delivered the talk entailed with humuor.
He also threw some light on the importance of communication, innovation, understanding customers, the need of evolving and much more.
Chakraborty concluded the talk with an inquisitive question, “We all must ask this to ourselves everyday whether we are book-smart or street-smart?”
