Business Tycoon, Mukesh Ambani’s future daughter-in-law, performed her arangetram at the Jio World Center recently. The performance, called arangetram or “ascent to stage” marks the finishing of formal Bharatanatyam training, which takes almost 8 years to complete.
Radhika, the current fiance and the future wife of Anant Ambani is the daughter of Viren Merchant, Encore Healthcare CEO, and Shaila Merchant. She studied politics and economics as a part of her B.A. program at New York University.
The Arangetram she recently performed is the result of 8 years of her hard work at Shree Nibha Arts academy under the guidance of Guru Bhavana Thakar. The arangetram had themes such as Shabri’s yearning for Ram, a dance of Krishna with the gopis, and the complex Astarasa which involves eight basic emotions innate to the human being. The event was attended by big names such as Anil Ambani, Nita Ambani, Mukesh Ambani, Tina Ambani, Ranveer Singh, Aamir Khan, and Jasmin Bhasin, Aly Goni, Zaheer Khan, Sagarika Ghatge, and Salman Khan. Maharashtra minister Aaditya Thakeray was also present with his mother and brother.
Not much comes to the news when it comes to the soon-to-be Ambani member of the big house, but Radhika is reported to have strong relations with Nita and Isha Ambani.
She got engaged to Anant in an intimate ceremony in 2019, according to multiple media reports. However, the news is not confirmed by the Ambanis or Merchants.
