The drunk BJP president of Chhota Udaipur in Gujarat who could not keep himself stable in the presence of a woman minister has been asked to resign.
This BJP president , Rashmi Vasava was reported to be an alcoholic. He was inebriated and not in his senses throughout the day when the State Minister for health and family welfare visited Chhota Udaipur on Saturday. The function was organised at Zoz, a tribal village in Chhota Udaipur to celebrate the appointment of India’s first tribal president , Droupadi Murmu.
BJP state chief CR Paatil told Vibes of India that “the image of the party will not be compromised, a new president will be appointed soon in Chhota Udaipur.”
State Minister Nimisha Suthar, also a tribal, was visiting Chhota Udaipur district when she had to keep up with the drunk district president.
However, after the video of the Rashmi Vasawa went viral, the State BJP here on Sunday took his resignation.
