Talking to Vo! about the founder of the restaurant Kamlesh Mehta, Trinkle Vatwani – one of the team members of the restaurant said ” He travels a lot and is bigtime a foodie. While he was in Paris once, he tasted the french cuisine and decided to offer the same to the people of Ahmedabad.”
“Amdavadis deserve to be served with such delicacies.”
She further stated – ” He is a mechanical engineer by profession. But his love for food made him step into this industry. Plus, he got inspired from bistro cafes found in lanes of France.”
Talking about expanding the chain, Twinkle said “We are already planning to expand the french house across the state starting with Rajkot and Bhavnagar in Gujarat.”
The restaurant’s USP includes their freshly baked desserts and bread. As many as 15 types of healthy variations of bread are available at the place.
