Georgia: Gay Couple Accused Of Sexually Abusing Adopted Boys

| Updated: January 21, 2023 21:44

Authorities accuse a Georgia couple of sexually abusing their adopted children and exploiting them to create “homemade” child pornography.

After authorities conducted a raid on their home in Oxford, Georgia, and discovered video footage of Zachary and William Zulock “engaged in sexually abusive actions” with the adopted children, they were both detained.

According to court records, the couple is currently facing a grand jury indictment on charges of felony sexual exploitation of children, aggravated child molestation, felony prostitution of a minor, aggravated sodomy, and incest, which could result in nine life sentences.

Each man has entered a not-guilty plea. According to the records, the Zulocks’ sexual abuse of the kids may have started as early as 2019. The boys were adopted in November 2018 by the couple through All God’s Children, Inc., a Christian adoption agency in Watkinsville, Georgia that specializes in adopting children with exceptional needs. The agency is now closed.

Police stated that they were tipped off after a Georgia Bureau of Investigation detective learned of someone who “may have been downloading child sexual abuse material” in a press release that was shared on Facebook after the pair was originally detained.

Police discovered a second suspect after conducting an investigation and spoke with the suspect, who they say “was making home-made child sexual abuse material with at least one adoptive child who lived in the home with the perpetrator.” Law enforcement allegedly discovered films of Zachary’s husband, William, engaging in sexual abuse of one of the children in a folder marked “US” on Zachary’s phone.

The 149 photographs, a text message from Lawless, a Snapchat letter, and the results of the children’s Sexual Assault Nurse Examination are all part of the evidence gathered by law enforcement.
