In its township, Godrej Garden City, Ahmedabad, Godrej Properties announced that it has sold more than 1 million square feet of space during the opening of a new phase, ‘Celeste’.

Since Celeste’s inception in October 2022, the company has sold 870 homes with a booking value of roughly Rs 435 crore.

Celeste, a 2.3-hectare development, has 8 buildings and provides a variety of residences and retail establishments. This phase includes a variety of cutting-edge amenities as part of the integrated offering that caters to the social, health, and leisure needs of all age groups, enabling residents to live more fully and comfortably.
