Garba enthusiasts have good news here. Only a few days are left for Navratri and the curiosity of Garba fans has finally come to an end. The Home Ministry has finally given the nod of approval for Sherigarba. For the first time since the pandemic has hit, the khelaiyas have got a green signal to move along the dancing tunes of Garba.
However, clubs and party plots will not be organizing Garba this year. Garba will be held only in the streets and society. Sheri garba will be organized with a maximum occupancy of 400 people for which approval will be needed to take. One hour extension in curfew will be given during the Navratri time. There will be a curfew in the city from 12 noon to 6 am. The Home Ministry has also issued a circular in this regard.
Under public guidelines it was advised not to celebrate festivals during the Corona Pandemic. But in the end, with the approval of Sheri Garba, khelaiyas will go into a frenzy. Vaccination is currently in full swing in the state. And the state government has given concessions to the declining cases of the corona.
