Acharya Devvrat , Governor of Gujarat paid a visit to the Kutch border area on January 11, 2022, along with IAS Prabhina D K, DM Kutch. Both the dignitaries met frontline BSF troops at Border Outpost Dharamshala. Hon’ble Governor Acharya Devvrat further paid homage to martyrs at the War memorial at BOP Dharamshala and planted a tree at the memorial.

During his visit, Governor chaired Sainik Sammelan and complimented all the Officers & Jawans of the Border Security Force for the selfless service rendered despite facing various hardships and challenges at the border. Devvrat further lauded the efforts of the BSF in securing the borders of India and encouraged All Ranks to perform their duties with utmost dedication and maintain a high level of professionalism all the time.
