Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Calendar for the year 2022-23 has been announced. The calendar presents all the details including First Semester, Second Semester, Exam Date, Board Exam Date including Public Holidays.
Gujarat Board Class 10th and 12th board exams will start from March 14 and will be concluded on March 31. Apart from this, there will be around 80 holidays during the year.
The new academic session will start from June 5, 2023. Apart from this, the annual examination of the school will start on April 10 and will continue till April 21. There will be no reduction in the syllabus of class 9 to 12 this year.
The school examination will be conducted as per the system implemented in the year 2019-20. The first examination of class 9 to 12 at the school level will be held from October 10 to October 18, 2022. The second exam will be held from January 27, 2023 to February 4, 2023. While the annual exam will be held from April 10 to April 21.
The results of class 10 and 12 board examination were announced two months ago in May. This year Class 10 board results stood at 65.18 percent. While the result of Class 12 general stream was 86.91 percent, highest of 12 years. Also, board declared 72 percent result of class 12 science.
