Manisha Vaghela, a Lok Rakshak Dal jawan, posted at Maninagar police station is alleged to have committed suicide at her residence in the Khokra area of Ahmedabad on Friday, December 17. Vaghela is said to have hung herself and did not leave behind any suicide note.
The body was discovered when neighbours lodged a complaint about a foul smell coming from the home. On arrival, police discovered the body. Vaghela’s brother, on being informed of the incident, told police his sister was staying alone on account of having a dispute with her husband. The police are investigating the matter.
