Sabar kantha Police has arrested four more accused including two women in the course of investigation in the Head Clerk recruitment paper leak case. The four accused were produced in the provincial court yesterday. Police seized Rs 20,000 in cash from four people arrested yesterday.
This is the first time that two women have been arrested in this case. Police have so far arrested 18 people and seized Rs 78.46 lakh including cash in the Gujarat Paper Leak case.
The Court, however, did not grant remand to three of the four accused. After the court did not grant the demand of remand, their bail plea was also rejected. The four persons arrested were identified as – Dana Dangar, Keyur Patel, Himani Desai and Krupali Patel. The court had rejected remand to three of the four accused, Keyur Santkumar Patel, Krupali Sureshbhai Patel and Himani Vinubhai Desai.
Dana Dangar, one of the four accused involved in the case was granted remand till December 27, 2021.
