A new academic session has started from Monday in all the schools of the state from primary to higher secondary including government, grant-aided, and private under the Gujarat Board of Education. Schools have appealed to parents not to send students with cold and cough to school. With the commencement of school, the students were given an understanding of Corona’s guidelines on Monday.
The summer vacation started little late in Gujarat as a result of rising covid cases. For class 1 to 12 students it started from 5th May. Important to note here is that, schools are given a 35-day vacation according to the board’s calendar. A list of students who have traveled outside the state on vacation will be prepared and their health reports will be submitted.
