Oleg Metisin, the Russian minister of sport, is currently in India and has volunteered to assist the country in hosting the 2036 Olympics. The Russian Minister of Sports reportedly stated, “If a dream like hosting the Olympics comes true, it will be another criterion for the country’s steady progress”.
