We all do it. It is a way of life now. Check the phone every now and then, if not already glued to it every waking moment. In fact, when sleep must open into wake-up mode, we begin the day by a frantic search under the pillow or reach out for the phone on the bedside table.

Mobile phones have become an indispensable part of life for many. From scrolling through the endless feeds to binging on various shows, people use their phones for different purposes. Inadvertently, screen time has increased for many. This video by content creator Yuvraj Dua, now trending online, reminds people to monitor screen time.

Sharing his personal take on the subject, Dua explains the ill-effects of overdoing screen time in a hilarious manner. The video opens to show the man addressing people in a funny way and moves on to talking about the addiction. He explains how after every five minutes all people want to do is check their social media feeds as if doing so will make their wishes come true.

At one point he also talks about viral songs like Kacha Badam and Oo Antava that have taken over the Internet – and people’s minds. He ends the video with a pertinent question: “Are we using the phone or is the phone using us?”

The video was posted a day ago and has garnered more than a lakh likes. The share has also prompted people to post various comments.
