The killing of farmers in Uttar Pradesh’s Lakhimpuri Kheri was not a case of death by negligence, but, was in fact a “planned conspiracy” – said the Special Investigation Team (SIT) in the case wherein Union Minister Ajay Mishra’s son Ashish Mishra is the primary accused.
