New Guidelines: Night Curfew Only In Ahmedabad And Vadodara; 100% Offline Schools And Colleges From Monday

The Corona cases are declining in the state. Meanwhile, a core committee meeting chaired by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel took a comprehensive review of corona transition control in the state and decided to relax some restrictions in the current situation with covid appropriate behavior and vigilance as well as to give some more leeway in corona guideline rules.

All metros except Ahmedabad and Vadodara have been exempted from the curfew. In addition, from the following Monday, all schools and colleges in the state will start offline with 100% capacity.

Apart from this, no registration has to be done on Digital Gujarat Portal for marriage. Across the state, all types of political, social, educational programs, auditoriums, assembly halls, and recreational venues can accommodate a maximum of 75%. In comparison, closed spaces can accommodate a maximum of 50% of the capacity of the venue.

Other rules: Owners, managers, employees involved in all economic activities must have taken two doses of the vaccine compulsorily. Emergency services have been exempted during night curfew in Ahmedabad and Vadodara. The night curfew will be enforced in Ahmedabad and Vadodara from 12 pm to 5 am every night from 18th to 25th February.
