Gujarat witnessed rainfall in several areas, including Vadodara, Bhavnagar, and Panchmahal. Earlier the India Meteorological Department’s (IMD) forecast called for a drop in the state’s lowest temperature and the chance of light rain over the following two to three days.

Additionally, light rain is “very likely at isolated places” on January 29 in Mehsana, Sabarkantha, Gandhinagar, Aravalli, Kheda, Ahmedabad, Anand, Panchmahal, Dahod, Mahisagar, Vadodara, Bharuch, Bhavnagar, Amreli, Rajkot.

Sporadic light precipitation is also possible in the Sabarkantha and Aravalli districts on January 30. With minimum temperatures predicted to be around 17 degrees Celsius on Sunday, Ahmedabad may also experience light rain in some locations.

Ahmedabad reported the lowest temperatures of 16 degrees Celsius, three degrees higher than average, and maximum temperatures of 26.7 degrees Celsius, three degrees lower than typical on Saturday. Naliya also had lower temperatures than typical, with a minimum of 7 degrees Celsius (four degrees lower than usual) and a maximum of 26.8 degrees Celsius on Saturday.
