Sunday marked the conclusion of the month-long centennial festivities for Pramukh Swami Maharaj held in Ahmedabad, during which a few devotees expressed their memories of the spiritual leader and how they would never be able to forget him.
During the closing event, guest testimonials from Pramukh Swami Maharaj Nagar were displayed. Brahmaviharidas Swami, the project leader for the Abu Dhabi Mandir, discussed the temples built by Pramukh Swami Maharaj and their influence around the world.
Mahant Swami Maharaj said, “Whoever visited this festival, supported it or even appreciated it from afar, may God bless them. And the service and sacrifice of the volunteers and swamis cannot be forgotten. They have endured so many hardships. Without the volunteers, this would not have been possible. In such difficult circumstances, they keep courage, and without looking at day or night, and served humbly.”
The centennial festivities of Pramukh Swami Maharaj came to an official close with a large-scale maha aarti, a vibrant youth dance, and fireworks.
