Abandoned child Shivansh’s mother was buried in Khoja Jamat cemetery on Monday night. Her dead body was brought to Ahmedabad from Vadodara as her parents stay in Juhapura. There was initial hesitation from the community members in burning Heena at the cemetery. Sources say, Heena, a Muslim was in a live-in relationship with Sachin Dixit, a Hindu married man from Gandhinagar. Her community raised their concerns on this relationship. Eventually, she was buried in Khoja Jamat Cemetery at Juhapura Vishala. Her decomposed body was later found from her flat in Vadodara. The body has been buried after the postmortem.
Earlier, Sachin Dixit was caught from Kota, Rajasthan along with his wife, Anuradha. Early morning on Sunday, the couple was interrogated by Gandhinagar police and later Sachin was arrested. The primary investigation by the police revealed that Sachin and Heena had a heated argument over the former’s decision to go Kota with his wife, following which angry Sachin choked Heena to death. He then packed the dead body in a bag and hid it in the kitchen of their home in Vadodara.
Heena met Sachin at a showroom in Ahmedabad, where she used to work. After falling in love, Heena and Sachin started living together in Ahmedabad. The two broke up after living together for 6 months. However, Heena approached Sachin again and the couple started living together after a break. In 2020, Heena gave birth to their son, Shivansh. In around August, Sachin got a job in a Vadodara-based company, Ozone Overseas Ltd., after which he along with Heena and Shivansh moved to Vadodara and lived in a rented flat in Darshanam Oasis flats – which is located in Bopad area of the city.
