Two public service workers, Raja Dhanraj Singh and Raja Kiran Singh, joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Gujarat yesterday. The two members, who belong to the royal family of Dang, were welcomed by National Joint Secretary Indranil Rajyaguru.
The two workers joined the party because they were impressed by the ideology of the party and the work done by Arvind Kejriwal in the fields of education, health, and electricity in Delhi. The two workers hope that by working together with AAP, they7 would be able to bring similar reforms in Gujarat as well.
According to the statement by the AAP, under the chairmanship of Sandeep Pathak, State Minister Ram Dhaduk and Dang District President Yogeshbhai Bhoya played an important role in uniting the royal family members with AAP.
The party said that it has always actively worked towards to welfare of the people in the rural and underdeveloped areas. “With the inclusion of Dang’s royal family in the party, the AAP will now be able to connect more with the people and understand every issue that benefits the masses,” the statement said.
