Two Surat Teens Missing

Surat Police are seeking assistance from Vadodara and Ahmedabad authorities in locating two teenage boys who went missing from their homes in the city’s Pal area on Tuesday.

One of the boys reportedly left a note stating his intention to leave home and become successful, promising to return in ten years. Both boys are students of the same school.

“The boys did not take any valuables with them and were last seen boarding a train at Bharuch railway station,” informed Inspector K L Gadhe of the Pal police station. “We are coordinating with Vadodara and Ahmedabad police teams to trace their whereabouts.”

While their identities haven’t been disclosed yet, their photos have been circulated among police stations in Surat, Navsari, and Bharuch.

According to the police, the boys returned home from school on Tuesday, had lunch, and then left together. Their absence was reported by their tuition teacher after they failed to show up for their classes at 4:00 pm.

The parents, after searching for them unsuccessfully, approached the police. Officers have visited the boys’ school and reviewed CCTV footage from their residential society in Pal, which shows them leaving the premises together.

The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward and contact the Surat Police.
