Maharashtra Chief Minister and Shivsena Supremo Uddhav Thackeray on Wednesday addressed his followers through a Facebook live where he made an emotional appeal to disgruntled Sena MLAs that if you have doubts about my abilities just come here, sit across the table and tell me on my face, I will resign, you don’t have to go to Surat for it.
He further added that he became Chief Minister as the situation demanded him to be and NCP Chief Sharad Pawar insisted otherwise he never had any CM Aspirations.
“I am ready to move out of ‘Varsha’ (Maharashtra Chief Minister’s Official Residence) and go back to ‘Matroshee’.”Sena Chief said. He said, any Shivsainik can be a Chief Minister.
Earlier in the day, rebel Sena leader Eknath Shinde announced a new chief whip of the party.
