BJP MP Advises People To Drink Homemade Mahuda Liquor Instead Of Chemical Liquor

| Updated: June 6, 2026 08:53

Bharuch BJP MP Mansukh Vasava has advised people that instead of drinking chemical-laced liquor, it is better to drink homemade Mahuda (Mahua) liquor. He said that if people want to consume liquor, they should prepare traditional Mahuda liquor at home rather than consume chemically mixed liquor that can be dangerous to their health.

Mansukh Vasava made this statement while speaking about the issue of illegal and chemical-mixed liquor, which has caused several tragedies in different parts of Gujarat. He said that after incidents involving toxic liquor, people should avoid such harmful alcohol and choose the traditional Mahuda liquor prepared at home.

The MP also raised the issue of corruption in government offices. He alleged that corruption has become widespread and that ordinary citizens often face difficulties because of it. He said society should speak out against corruption instead of silently accepting it.

According to Mansukh Vasava, the government should also focus on providing education and employment opportunities, especially for young people. He said that creating jobs and ensuring transparent governance are important for the development of villages and for improving people’s lives.

He emphasized that the discussion should not be limited only to the liquor issue but should also include village development, better governance, and the welfare of citizens. His overall message was that dangerous chemical-laced liquor should be avoided and stronger action should be taken to stop its sale, while society should work towards healthier and safer traditional practices.
