In a tragic incident on Jagatpur Road this Sunday, a 40-year-old woman lost her life in a collision. At approximately 10:15 pm, a light commercial pick-up vehicle, operated by 55-year-old Dilip Vaghela, collided with a scooter carrying Mita Prajapati and her young son. Regrettably, Mita, a resident of Gota, succumbed to her injuries, while her son survived and is currently undergoing treatment at a local hospital.
Incensed onlookers and residents apprehended Vaghela, who now faces charges of causing death due to negligent and rash driving. The L Division of the traffic police is actively investigating the case to shed light on the circumstances surrounding this tragic event.
