The 7400 sq yard Keshavbaug party plot near Shivranjani Cross Roads in Ahmedabad is all set to be sold. One of the city’s important landmarks, Keshavbaug plot, will be bought by Aaryan Infrabuild in a Rs.200 crore mega deal.
Keshavbaug Party Plot has been a thriving wedding and social gathering venue for the last two decades. Very prominently placed in the western part of the city, the area where Keshavbaug is located has seen rapid developments in recent times. The five star hotel ITC Narmada is the latest to come up in the vicinity.
Ahmedabad based Aaryan Infrabuild Pvt Ltd has finalized the deal with owners of the plot. A commercial building project is planned on the plot. The new project will have the built-up area of around 5 lakh sq feet.
The new project is likely to be a unique 14-floor commercial project. It will cater to the increasing demand for high-end retail and premium office spaces.
Despite being one of the fastest growing metro cities, prices in Ahmedabad are still lower compared to other metro cities for the realty.
