Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan has been discharged from KD Hospital in Ahmedabad. The actor was rushed to the hospital because of dehydration on Wednesday.
From the hospital, SRK will directly leave for the airport. He will leave for Mumbai on a charter plane. Pooja Dadlani, the actor’s manager, provided an update on his condition earlier today.
She wrote on her Instagram: “To all of Mr Khan’s fans and well wishers – he is doing well. Thank you for your love, prayers and concern.”
On May 21, Shah Rukh Khan was in the city for the KKR versus SRH play-off match. He and his team received a grand welcome when they arrived late night at the ITC Narmada Hotel. However, early in the morning, his condition deteriorated, and on May 22, at about 1 p.m., he was brought to the hospital. The doctors had advised him to take adequate rest.
Gauri Khan and KKR co-owners Jay Mehta and Juhi Chawla went to the hospital later that evening, on May 22, to check up on him.
