As per the bail order, the conditions include that the accused should execute a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh with one or more sureties in the given amount. The accused shall not indulge in any activities of the same or similar manner that the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has registered them for. They must not maintain contacts with any of the co-accused via any medium of communication.

Further more, Aryan Khan and any of the accused are not allowed to leave the country. And in case they have to go outside Greater Mumbai, they must inform the investigating officer and provide them with the itinerary. Once the trial begins, they must not try to delay the same.

Aryan Khan along with the rest of the accused must mark their presence with the Mumbai police on every Friday before 11:00 am to 2:00pm

Another lawyer from Aryan Khan’s legal team, Satish Manshinde informed the media that they have received the order from the court. And once the judge accepts the surety, the rest of the formalities will be completed by today evening.

Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was arrested on October 2, 2021 during a drugs raid by the NCB at a cruise off the Mumbai Coast. He was arrested along with Arbaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha.
