B J Medical College’s students protesting against the professors against alleged “ill-treatment” by final year students has threatened to boycott OPD from February 1.
The protest was stretched when Dr Upadhyay threatened to fail the students if they didn’t discontinue the protest. The MBBS students are also protesting against the state-appointed two-member committee for proper investigation of this case. They also have alleged that Dr Upadhyay is treating close kin of a senior IAS officer in the health department
The JDA has also claimed that Dr Upadhyay had threatened postgraduate and undergraduate medical telling and has also threatened that he will not send their internals to the university if they will not follow ward duties.
