The Gujarat BJP president C R Paatil has once again asked his party workers to get into election mode to prepare for the 2024 Lok Sabha Polls. Like 2019, we want to win all the 26 Lok Sabha seats in Gujarat, he appealed to the party workers. “I am sure we can win all 26 seats but this time we want to win the seats with higher victory margin. We want to secure minimum five lakh votes in each seat”, he added. Paatil was interacting with party workers in Rajkot. The BJP won all the 26 Lok Sabha seats in both the 2014 and 2019 general elections. In the past, the closest the Congress came was winning 25 of the 26 parliamentary seats in 1984.
The BJP has already got into the election mode preparing for the 2024 general elections which are scheduled to be held in the summer of 2024. The BJP plans to execute its’ now tried and tested strategy of booth planning, page pramukhs and talking about the various achievements made by Prime MInister Narendra Modi. The BJP has been in power in Gujarat continuously since Narendra Modi became the Chief Minister in 2001 and Prime Minister in 2014.
