A 46-year-old BSF jawan was beaten and axed to death in Chaklasi town of Nadiad by seven members of family. He had complained to them that their 15-year-old boy was circulating his daughter’s objectionable video online. The incident took place when the BSF jawan, his wife, their two sons and his nephew went to the accused’s place to talk about the issue.
According to FIR, an objectionable video of the BSF jawan’s 15-year-old daughter had gone viral recently. In the video, a 15-year-old boy from Chaklasi village was also seen.
On Saturday night, the BSF jawan and his family members went to the boy’s house. The boy’s father and five other family members including two women began abusing the BSF jawan and his family members. He objected to the abusive words after which those seven members attacked him and his family.
The accused persons hit the BSF jawan with sticks and attacked him with axes, leading to serious injuries. When his sons intervened to rescue him, they too were attacked by the accused.
