A number of Delhi-based content creators have taken to social media to pay tribute to the legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar, who passed away on February 6.

Lataji is still India’s nightingale; this is my tribute to her. I will always cherish her achievements, dignity and remember her forever. Om Shanti,” posted Shefali Saxena, an independent artiste and Instagram user.

Nishchay Verma, a content creator, chose the iconic Ek pyaar ka nagma hai as his tribute to Mangeshkar. The 23-year old creator started a session on his social media account urging viewers to share their favourite songs of Lataji. “Whenever I feel low, I listen to this song. I had always wanted to meet Lataji, but that wish will now be unfulfilled, forever”, posted Verma.
