Why Tomorrow Is An Important Day For Twitter?

| Updated: June 15, 2022 09:06

Tesla owner Elon Musk is finally ready to address Twitter Employees via Virtual Meeting to mitigate their qualms and put across his vision for the future. The meeting is scheduled to be on Thursday. CEO Parag Agrawal announced the event through mail and asked questions that their employees might have, to be submitted beforehand. Since the announcement of the bid, many employees have had concerns that the billionaire’s inconsistent behavior could destabilize the business, and cause financial hurt. This meeting is aimed to mitigate those apprehensions.

The $44 billion takeover deal has been put on pause until he gets the data about spam and fake accounts. Earlier this month, Twitter had planned to give Musk access to more than 500 tweets posted every day. He even threatened to leave the deal if he does not get answers about the presence of bots on the social media platform.

Twitter has decided to comply with the demands of Musk, and anonymous sources reveal that the information could be provided as soon as this week itself. The data not only consists of a real-time record of tweets but also the devices they were tweeted from, along with information about the accounts that tweeted. The SpaceX CEO earlier said that he does not quite trust the Twitter findings, which claim that spam accounts only represent fewer than 5% of its daily users. (229 million)
