The Golden Katar Division conducted an initiative on Entrepreneurship on June 01, in collaboration with the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development Institute of Ahmedabad, under the aegis of the Ahmedabad Cantonment. The objective of the event was to provide empowerment to soldiers’ wives through knowledge of government initiatives on MSME so that they can create a conducive environment for their inclusive and resilient growth.

There were 125 participants in total. The interactive session was an unique opportunity for women entrepreneurs to get clear knowledge about a variety of procedures and processes. Additionally, attendees were inspired by the journeys of various successful women entrepreneurs in order to take the first step towards this empowering journey by creating their own Udyam profile.

Monica Wadhwa, Chairperson of Golden Katar Family Welfare Organization, highly appreciated the effort of the team led by Sanjay Hedaoo, Deputy CEO Khadi and Village Industries Commission and Vikas Gupta, Joint Director MSME-DI, Ahmedabad.
