Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel Inaugurates Vaccination Campaign For 15-18 Age Group

Vaccination opened for teens in the 15 to 18 age group on Monday amid a surge of Covid cases in multiple cities. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel inaugurated the camp at GDM Konawala High School, Kobani, Gandhinagar.

Along with the Chief Minister, Gandhinagar Mayor Hiteshbhai Makwana, MLA Shambhuji Bhai Health Commissioner Jai Prakash Shivahar as well as Municipal Commissioner Dhawal Patel were present at the school. The school teachers and families of the students accompanied the adolescents.

The children are asked to follow the instructions given by the school. The children need to have breakfast to ensure enough energy before vaccination. In addition, students coming for vaccination are required to carry their Aadhar Card as proof of age.

The children can be vaccinated from 9 am to 4 pm in the school. Students are advised to come with their parents if possible. If the children have any allergies or illnesses then it is necessary for them to inform the health team.
