DGP Ashish Bhatia has been infected with Covid-19 following which all the officers who came in contact with him underwent an RT PCR test.

The state is witnessing a steady increase in the number of Covid-19 cases along with an increase in the number of Omicron cases. The rising number of cases has raised concerns among the people as well as the government.
Despite all the covid curbs imposed by the state government, the number of cases continues to rise.
In the midst of increasing cases, many leaders have become infected with the virus.
