Gujarat: Family Quarrel Leads to Murder

|Junagadh, Gujarat | Updated: June 11, 2022 12:06

In the Junagadh city of Gujarat, an incident has surfaced that has put human connections to shame. A husband murdered his wife and placed her body into a water tank in this town. Near Toranya village in Junagadh, a husband killed his wife with a sharp weapon. Angry over a disagreement that occurred late on June 8, the husband killed his wife and deposited her body in a water tank before changing his clothes, locking the house, and leaving.

Ramde reportedly lived in Khadia village near Junagadh with his wife Lili and two twins. The husband and wife had a lot of disagreements, and the wife would go to her mother’s house to settle them.

However, on June 8, late at night, the husband and wife’s quarrel escalated to the point where they were willing to kill each other, and the husband savagely murdered the woman. Not only that, but the body was placed into a water tank after the killing, so no one would notice. He then shut the door and walked out of the house.

When Ramde’s nephew Jairam Dhola returned home the next morning to tie his buffaloes, he discovered a lock. Something had gone awry, Jayaram suspected. He instantly notified the village sarpanch and the police. Lili Ben’s body was discovered in the water tank after the cops forced open the house’s lock and searched it. The body was sent for a post-mortem examination, and police began looking for Ramde.
