In Ahmedabad, Police have arrested four Italian youths who wrote text like TATA and TAS on two metro trains standing at Metro’s Apparel Park metro rail parking lot in Gomtipur area of the city. As the accused were addicted to graffiti aerosol painting, they secretly enjoyed making this graffiti as a hobby. The crime branch arrested the accused in this regard.
Jagat Singh Makwana lives with his family at Parshvanath Tower in Memnagar area of the city. He has been working as deputy general manager security with Ahmedabad Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation Limited for the last four years. He is currently on duty at Apparel Park Depot. Along with them, the SRP works to take up the duties of a contract security guard. On September 30, around 6 pm, the general manager called and informed that some unknown persons had made graffiti on the metro train parked in the parking area. Later, at 2.37 pm on September 30, three persons jumped a wall into the Apparel Park of Apparel Park Gomtipur Metro Rail. Thus, the parked metro rail train set has entered between T-14 and T-15 and has made different colors of graffiti like Tata on the outside of the coach. The men were leaving with TAS written on the electric pole between the metro trains. In this way, the public property was made a loss of Rs 50,000 by making spray graffiti.
The crime branch registered a case in this regard and pi H M Vyas of the crime branch conducted an investigation. In the meantime, on the basis of CCTV footage, Kudini Italian, Baldo Italian, Storyneri Italian and Sepasi Italian (all stay Italians) were caught. During the interrogation of the accused, it was revealed that many people have a craze to create such graffiti in the countries of Europe and America. This kind of activity is increasing in these countries. All the four arrested suspects are accused of graffiti aerosol painting. So, when he got the opportunity, he enjoyed making graffiti to fulfill his hobby. 20 bottles of spray, a cap 70 containing a bottle of spray for painting were recovered from them.
