Gujarat Technological University (GTU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with LearnVern. LearnVern.com will offer more than 75 courses to all the students completely free of charge.
Students completing LearnVern’s Spoken English course will be offered a certificate from GTU to enable students to improve overall proficiency in the English language and get access to better employment opportunities.
LearnVern is an online learning platform that offers job oriented courses in vernacular languages. Currently, over 1 million students are registered on the LearnVern platforms to learn from 75+ different courses in Software Development, IT, Graphic Design, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Digital Marketing, all taught in Hindi.
“Globalization has led to many more opportunities for our students – both as employed professionals and entrepreneurs. To compete professionally in national and global markets, they need to learn different skills that might be required by various employers. Thus, we have partnered with LearnVern to enhance the job-oriented skills of the students,” said Navin Sheth (Vice-Chancellor, GTU).
