Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Vadodara on June 18 to attend a Mahila and Janshakti Sammelan at Leprosy Ground on his second visit to his home state of Gujarat in June. The event’s preparations are in the final stages.
According to an official release, the location will have unique domes raised with German technology. Large numbers of people, mostly women from five districts in Central Gujarat, are expected to attend. To accommodate such a large crowd, seven domes are being built at the venue using German technology. These domes are large, sturdy, and equipped with new technology, and arrangements have been made to accommodate over 80000 people.

The carpeting of roadways, parking facilities, lighting, and auxiliary amenities are also nearly completed, according to the release. Medical personnel, including 108 ambulances, will be deployed at the event.
Due to the extreme heat, buttermilk (in collaboration with Baroda Dairy), drinking water, and ORS sachets will be kept to the public. The district administration is also planning to erect mobile toilets for public convenience near the venue of PM Modi’s event.
