I Want My Blood Sample Test In A Non-BJP Ruled State: Isudan Gadhvi

| Updated: January 3, 2022 17:13

AAP leader Isudan Gadhvi’s blood reports came back positive Saturday. Three days prior, his breathalyser sample was negative. This was immediately after arrest following the clash with BJP workers.

“Immediately after the arrest, my report was negative. But three days later, my blood sample showed less than 0.0545 percent trace,” said Isudan. He was speaking at a press conference held in the city Monday, where he charged the C.R. Paatil government fabricated the test results.

“I was taken to a civil hospital, checked there for any alcohol in the breath. Did not come out. Everyone has the right to protest. Protestors are usually detained and released, but we endured as much persecution as he did in this incident. BJP has stooped low. I suspect my report has been tampered with,” he shared.

Challenging the ruling party, he is ready to undergo a polygraph test and a brain mapping study. “I would like the same blood sample to be sent for a test to a non-BJP ruled state,” he added.

AAP has sent its legal team from Delhi. According to Supreme Court lawyer Hrishikesh Kumar, Gadhvi’s matter is a bailable offence. “We are readying to file a defamation suit. A complete teetotaller, we all stand with him” informed party workers at the meet.
