It Was Right Time To Go: Nakuul Mehta Quits ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain’

One of the most well-liked actors in the TV industry is Nakuul Mehta. The actor, who is most known for his work in Ishqbaaaz, spent a year and a half working on Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2. His experience with Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 is over.

In the television programme where he played the part of Ram, Nakuul is no longer a cast member. Actress Disha Parmar was his partner. She plays Priya in the play. Mehta acknowledged in an interview that he had left Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2 because he thought it was time to move on.

Nakuul Mehta stated in an interview that his experience filming Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 was “enriching and rewarding” and that he was prepared to move on. “The show got a lot of love though many people had doubts when we started because we took on an iconic show (and remade it). But for it to have the journey and reach out to people the way it has, I think has been truly special. I feel creatively full having been a part of it for so long. The story is going to places and I feel going ahead there’s nothing new I can bring to it. I will miss playing Ram,” he said.

The actor further stated, “In the past 18 months, I believe I have made my obligations to the creators and the audiences. Furthermore, you must know when to leave, and the moment to leave is now. It is alluring to carry on with a show and continue to be shown attention, but what more is my concern? I consider pushing myself.”
