Karnatak High Court has announced the judgment on the Petition filed against the Hijab Ban in educational institutes and has upheld the Government’s decision. Chief Justice Ritu Raj Awasthi, Justice Krishna S Dixit and Justice JM Khazi the bench of three judge has announced their decision on Hijab row verdict.
On this, Advocate K V Dhananjay and Advocate Shahul who are advocating on behalf of Petitioners said that they will move to supreme court for the further verdict after they will analyse the order.
This verdict has previously surged heat in the state of Karnataka as Section 144 was imposed in Bangalore and educational institutions kept closed ahead of the hijab row verdict. After the High Court announced the judgment in favour of Government decision, many political leaders like Assaduddin Owaisi, Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Muft has stated their disappointment regarding the verdict.
