Witnessing the minimum temperature around 10 degrees Celsius for two days, Ahmedabad on Wednesday experienced a minimum of 9.2 degrees Celsius. This made the city record the coldest temperature on Wednesday in Gujarat. However, the minimum temperature was recorded to be 30.2 degrees Celsius, which is 1.3 degrees Celsius higher than the normal temperature.
The minimum temperature is expected to be around 10 degrees Celsius on Thursday, said the Indian Meteorological Department’s (IMD) forecast. Also, the minimum temperature in the next three to four days is expected to remain more or less similar.
Deesa followed Ahmedabad to be the second coldest place in the state with 10 degrees Celsius. Mahuva recorded 10.2 degrees Celsius followed by Vadodara at 10.4 degrees Celsius.
