It has been barely two days since the schools reopened, and covid cases have started to rise among students with offline education in place by the government.
In many schools across the country, children have tested covid positive. It clearly indicates that covid-19 has not left its foot completely eradicated from the country.
More than 100 children have tested positive in three states of the country. Of these, 11 children in Jaipur, Rajasthan, 28 in Telangana and 70 in Orissa have tested covid positive.
11 children of Jayshree Pediwal of Jaipur, Rajasthan have tested covid positive because of which the school has been closed on immediate basis. While on November 21, 28 girls tested covid positive at a government residential school in Telangana’s Khammam district.
In Orissa, 53 government high school girls have tested positive in Sundergarh district while 22 MBBS students in Burla have tested covid positive. The students are currently in good health and undergoing treatment, however, due to offline education there is a possibility of increase in covid cases.
