| Updated: December 23, 2023 13:31

Noida, December 23, 2023: A case has been registered against motivational speaker and business coach Vivek Bindra on charges of assaulting his wife. The case was filed by the victim’s brother, Vaibhav Kvaatra, at the Sector-126 police station in Noida.

According to the FIR, Bindra allegedly beat his wife, Yanika, on December 7, 2023. The couple had gotten married on November 6, 2023.

The FIR states that Bindra was arguing with his mother, Prabha, when Yanika tried to intervene. Bindra allegedly became angry and started beating Yanika. He allegedly punched her, kicked her, and pulled her hair. Yanika suffered injuries to her body, head, and ears. She also lost hearing in one ear.

Yanika’s brother, Vaibhav, said that he took her to a hospital in Delhi, where she was treated for her injuries. He has demanded that the police take action against Bindra.

Bindra has denied the allegations. He said that he is a “victim of a conspiracy” and that he will prove his innocence in court.

This is not the first time that Bindra has been accused of domestic violence. In 2019, his first wife, Swati, filed a complaint against him alleging that he had assaulted her. The case is still pending in court.
